Jon Zak – Technical Account Specialist
Jon brings over a decade of experience in SaaS implementation, technical account management, and strategic consulting. His background includes roles at Symantec and Veritas Technologies, where he successfully implemented eDiscovery and information governance solutions for Fortune 500 companies and government organizations.
Jon thrives on helping organizations achieve better data hygiene and governance outcomes. His expertise will be key to supporting our customers’ success with ActiveNav’s solutions.

Maya Nakano – ActiveNav Cloud Implementation Lead
With over 10 years in the software industry, Maya has a proven track record of driving customer success from initial onboarding to long-term growth. She excels at managing complex projects and providing exceptional support, making her the perfect fit to lead ActiveNav Cloud implementations.
Maya will work closely with clients, guiding them through their Zero Dark Data journey and ensuring a seamless, impactful experience.

Tracy Van Heer – Driving Strategic Growth and Innovation
