Our first ever User Forum was held at Wokefield Park on 7th and 8th of October. The event was hailed as a great success by the 19 customers and partners who attended, each of whom got the chance to direct our product strategy, learn from each other and further develop their approach to managing their information problems. Most importantly, the networking activities and feedback workshops gave us some excellent ideas to further improve our products and services. These improvements will include the creation of an exciting Information Management community including online forums and product development focus groups.
