Data Discovery Solutions Limited, trading as ActiveNav and our subsidiaries (the “Company”), is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for our customers, business partners, and visitors to our website. Our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide to us and assist you in making informed decisions about our products and services.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We use Personal Information for legitimate business purposes only. We do not sell, exchange, transfer or give your Personal Information to any company outside the ActiveNav group or trusted third-party service providers without your explicit consent, other than for the express purposes of offering products or services or delivering the purchased product or service requested, or as otherwise explicitly set forth herein.
We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as general information, referring/exit pages and URLs, preferences you submit, and preferences generated based on the data you submit and the number of clicks. For downloads, like webinars, we collect individually identifiable information, namely information that identifies an individual or may, with reasonable effort, identify an individual (“Personal Information”); this includes information such as your name, email, company name, title, phone number, and country. The data collected online may be completed with information you provide to us through other services and sources such as trade shows or seminars and other data collection methods.
We do not require that customers, partners, or other visitors to our site provide us with personal information. You may visit our site anonymously. In this case, we do not collect Personal Information when you visit our site unless you choose to provide it to us (except for certain IP analyses conducted by HubSpot – see the link to their privacy policy below). We also use social buttons provided by services like Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, and Facebook; your use of these third-party services is entirely optional. HOW WE USE AND SHARE INFORMATION:
ActiveNav operates globally; we store and process Personal Information in the United States or any other country in which we or our affiliates, subsidiaries, or service providers maintain facilities. In these instances, we will take steps to ensure that a similar level of protection is given to your Personal Information.
