Peter Baumann is a business builder who cut his teeth in the electronic publishing industry at Bureau van Dijk, Standard & Poor’s Global Markets, and several start-ups. He has 25+ years international experience in high growth finance and technology industries. Rich Hale is the Chief Technology Officer of ActiveNav where he focuses on developing their market leading File Analysis software. Rich spent 16 years as a Royal Air Force Engineer Officer deployed around the world. His career in the Royal Air Force not only spanned over a decade, but also numerous countries including the US, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Canada. He is a product and information evangelist, with experience hard won through many years’ developing information governance programs in enterprise and government agencies. Rich holds a B.Eng. Honors Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from London University, as well as an MBA from the British Open University.

Christian Geyer is ActiveNav’s Chief Financial and Operations Officer and is responsible for finance, accounting, legal, human resources, professional services, and overall business operations. Christian has more than 20 years of experience as a finance and operations executive at organizations of all sizes in both the public and private sector. Christian holds a dual B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting as well as an MBA, both from Liberty University.

Trevor is a Partner at Mobeus Equity Partners, responsible for developing and leading its growth capital investment strategy. He also co-leads fundraising for its VCT funds. For over 20 years, Trevor has invested in fast-growing businesses at the series A stage and beyond. Trevor’s previous Board appointments include Paragon Software, Mondus.com, Cambridge Industries, Southnews PLC, Achilles Group, MyOptique, Fjordnet, ILG Digital, Celebrus Technologies, Big Data Partnership and Preservica. He was previously Chief Investment Officer at Beringea, an international venture capital firm, an investor at 3i PLC and at The Royal Bank of Scotland, in the Corporate & Institutional Banking Division.

Recognized as one of Europe’s top technology entrepreneurs, John is the Non-Executive Chairman of ActiveNav. John was founder, Chairman and CEO of workflow and business process management software company, Staffware Plc. The company grew as a publicly listed company before it was sold in 2004 for $250 million to Tibco Software Inc. John is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and was recognized as a Master of Information Technology by AIIM International. He co-authored the book ‘Mastering Your Organization’s Processes’, published by Cambridge University Press.
